I'm not going to go into details, because this could be a small project, or it can be a big one depending on how you want to handle it.
But there are some parts that would be needed such as...
-User accounts to authenticate contributions
-3rd-party script to run and 'scrape' vendors as a user is looking through them
-Some type of security, or a certain method that would prevent damage/corrupt/false contributions to your DB
Vendors outside of your bots areas would be scraped, controlled updates by vendor owners, so many more possibilities...
Like I said it is no small project, but it's the next step.
