Vendor House Not Showing On Map

I have a vendor in a house just outside the south Luna gate on the Legends shard that does not show in the search listings or on the map. The name of the house is Black Rock Mining Enterprises. My vendors name is Damien, and the shop name is Marcel's Tasty Bites. I do not have UOAM but the coordinates on the recall rune I use to get to the house is: 88 degrees 18 minuets North 22 degrees 46 minuets West. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
PS: The owner of the house is a personal friend of mine and I am sure from speaking to him that he would like to have all of the vendors in the house listed if that is possible.
