I need help viewing vendors/items and also tokuno search!

I need help with 2 things. first thing, my house shows up on map, like i can see the physical outline of it on the map, but my vendors/items that im selling are not showing up when you do a search for specific item. Like for example. When you go to my shard Europa: i can see my house on the map. But i do a search for a "bronze runic hammer" for example and i have this item for sale on one of my vendors. my house/vendors/items do not show up under the search list for as being for sale along with everyone else's shop's and vendors. The 2nd thing i need help on how to view the tokuno island vendors? Currently when i go to do a search for item on my shard, the results that come up are for vendors in the greater luna area only as default. Along with the luna search how can i switch/change over to tokuno island vendor/item search to view results from the islands as well as luna? please help thanks
