Was wondering why there was no information about the procedure you have in place about delivery. I've read afew posts here and with no admin giving a response the customer service seems abismal. If you could explain how things work and how long I will be expected to wait before I receive what ever I order would be great.

Maybe it would be prudent to put a FAQ on your website?

The truth is this site does not reply to forum posts. You can however talk to them by icq. Their delivery time is within 15 minutes. I have purchased from this site twice. Quite fast and reliable.

I do wish they would add greater luna and zento again to their search.
