I've completed payment and so far nothing appears to be collecting any information on contacting me for delivery.  Live support apparently is useless because no one is there to answer.  I'm minutes away from retracting payment and going to the competition.

Anyone who comes across this post should know, apparently i was being impatient and cantankerous, hadn't had enough coffee maybe.  This situation was handled promptly and effectively in a professional manner.  Thanks to the finduo.com staff for this.

Hey there, glad you got set up!

We do our best to cover sales 24/7, and it seems you were taken care of within an hour of posting.  I know I should have another contact method posted such as ICQ, it will definitely be there when the redesign is finished.  In the meantime, my ICQ is 27240407 and I'm around approximately 3pm through 7am EST.  The broker's ICQ is 656560 and has employees who (along with himself) covers sales 24 hours a day, though I'm sure they go out for lunch sometimes hehe.

Thanks for using finduo. Smiley
