Obviously, live chat doesn't work or is bogged down.  I have been waiting for 15 minutes twice.

How do we contact you regarding orders?  I have received no email verification or instructions.

Once contact was made, the order was fast.  30 minutes waiting for Live Chat is a bit extreme though.

ok so live chat doesnt work....no real way to contcat someone on here......so far I am not impressed.....but will give it some more time.....do they not call you since we do give out our numbers?
